Position Overview

Audit Senior - Private Company Audits

We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join our team and lead private company audits. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and providing valuable insights to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute private company audits, including financial statement audits
• Manage and mentor junior staff members
• Collaborate with clients to identify areas for improvement in their financial reporting processes
• Provide recommendations for enhancing internal controls and risk management procedures
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices
• Manage client relationships and communicate audit findings to stakeholders
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA certification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting
• Strong knowledge of private company audits and financial statement audits
• Experience working with venture capital, private equity, and hedge funds
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
