Job Details

Must be based in Illinois, Southern Wisconsin, or Northwest Indiana.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Audit Senior to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute audits for a variety of clients, ensuring compliance with GAAS and other relevant standards.
• Prepare and review audit work papers and reports, including the identification and documentation of audit issues and recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for audit-related inquiries.
• Utilize CCH Axcess and other tools to enhance audit efficiency and quality.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members and participate in their professional development.
• Participate in strategic planning initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of our audit methodologies and practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of experience within Audit in the public accounting industry.
• Active CPA is a plus, but at least having the desire to attain the certification.
• Experience with CCH Axcess is a plus.
• Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships.
• Ability to be the primary person on an engagement - Running the job, coordinating with client, scheduling, and overseeing Associates.
