We are seeking a dedicated Audit Manager or Audit Supervisor to join our dynamic audit team. Responsibilities:

• Lead and perform audits, ensuring high-quality execution.
• Supervise and mentor audit associates, providing guidance and constructive feedback.
• Conduct audit planning, fieldwork, and review of associates work.
• Manage audit engagements efficiently to meet deadlines and client expectations.
• Utilize audit software effectively, with experience in ProSystem Engagement considered a plus.
• Leverage working knowledge of QuickBooks as needed during engagements.
• Exhibit a strong service-oriented approach in client interactions.
• Ensure compliance with audit standards and firm policies.

Qualifications:

• CPA certification required.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting required.
• 8+ years of experience in public accounting; candidates with a minimum of 5 years and CPA credentials will also be considered.
• Proficiency in audit software and general ledger maintenance.
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead teams effectively.
• Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
