Our organization is on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Permanent Audit Manager to join our thriving Finance team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional who has a deep understanding and experience in Operation Audit, Compliance Audit, Risk Management, and Internal Controls. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing audits across various departments within the organization. They will also play a pivotal role in enhancing our risk management processes and internal control systems. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications such as CPA or CIA would be a plus.
2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in auditing, preferably within the finance industry.
3. Extensive knowledge and experience in Operation Audit, Compliance Audit, Risk Management, and Internal Controls.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data and design effective audit procedures.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
6. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing an audit team.
7. High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding the company's values and ethical standards.
8. Proficiency in using audit software and other financial systems.
9. Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
10. Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and changes in regulatory requirements.
