Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and execution of comprehensive audit projects.
- Provide expert guidance and supervision to audit team members.
- Ensure audit projects comply with state and federal regulations.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
- Prepare and analyze intricate financial statements and reports.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the audit department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- CPA designation is a must.
- Minimum of 5 years of audit experience in a public accounting firm, with proven managerial experience.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills
