Key Responsibilities:
Technical Oversight: Manage and execute audit engagements, ensuring compliance with professional and firm standards. Oversee financial reports, management letters, and tax returns.
Client Interaction: Build and maintain client relationships, respond to inquiries, and identify opportunities for additional services. Lead client meetings and presentations.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor audit teams, providing training and conducting performance evaluations. Distribute responsibilities effectively and support staff development.
Project Management: Plan, schedule, and manage multiple audit engagements while monitoring budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
Practice Development: Contribute to firm growth by identifying new business opportunities, participating in proposals, and networking.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting
- Active CPA license
- Minimum of 7 years of public accounting experience
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
