Audit Manager - Hybrid - A.C. Coy

Location: Hybrid, Canonsburg, PA

The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate opening for n Audit Manager. Ideal candidates must have 5 years experience leading audits with a publicly traded company or in a public auditing firm that handles SOX audits, demonstrated ability to work independently, and strong communication skills including presenting.

• Manage and supervise a team to ensure quality of work including providing feedback, resolving issues and conflicts, evaluating performance, and reviewing audit workpapers
• Participate in the planning and goal setting of the business including how to achieve goals 
• Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of controls, compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
• Coordinate with the Client's external auditors including addressing inquiries, ensuring compliance, and maintaining good relationships
• Attend regular business meetings to present the progress and results of team activities

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in a business related field
• Master's degree preferred
• Professional certification preferred (CPA, CIA, etc.)

Experience Required

• 5+ years SOX audit experience
• 5+ years experience leading audits (those with less may be considered for a lesser role)
• Ability to work independently 
• Ability to lead a team and attribute to staff's professional development
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to present confidently to executive management

Travel

• Up to 30% travel associated with this position
• Hybrid work schedule: 2 days in office / 3 days WFH
