Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage audit engagements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate and lead audit teams, offering guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of work.
- Analyze financial data, report findings, and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Interact directly with clients, establishing and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Stay current with changes in industry-related regulations, standards, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- CPA certification is preferred.
- A minimum of five years of experience in public accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, audit standards, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and client-facing abilities.
- Dedication to professional development and staying up-to-date with industry changes.
