Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage audit engagements
• Ensure audit processes adhere to industry standards and regulatory guidelines
• Build and maintain client relationships, delivering quality service with a focus on responsiveness and professionalism
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment

Qualifications:

• CPA License (required)
• 3+ years of relevant audit experience in a public accounting setting
• Preferred background with Employee Benefit Plans & Non-profit audits
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
