- Prepare and review For-Profit, Non-Profit, and Employee Benefit Plan engagements.
- Develop, implement, and manage the external audit program, including the scope, objectives, and processes for performing external audits.
- Analyze and assess internal controls, operations, and processes.
- Identify areas of risk and recommend improvements.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures.
- Develop audit reports and present audit findings to senior management.
- Prepare and file financial reports.
- Monitor implementation of audit recommendations.
Must Have:
- Active CPA
- 5-7+ years of Public Accounting Exp.
- Currently a Audit Manager/Supervisor at a CPA firm
- Master's in Accounting
- Experience with For-Profit, Non-profit, and Employee Benefit Plan Engagements
- Exp. across multiple industries
- Competitive Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 (DoE)
