Role Overview: Reporting directly to the partner. Responsible for:

• Managing teams and multiple client engagements at one time
• Work with Senior Manager and Partner often
• Majority of clients are 401K pensions and non profits
• Sizzle:
• Growth potential to senior manager and partner
• Get assigned a Mentor to help you grow and feel comfortable in your new role
• Easy going team
• Good W/L balance

Must haves:

• Coming out of public accounting
• CPA (+) but not required
• Ideal industries: Non profit//401k pensions
• Can live anywhere in US

Compensation:

• $100k - $120K with up to 10% bonus
• Pay 100% employee medical
• 11 paid holidays and 4 weeks vacation
• 401k match

Travel:

• 2x/yr to Tampa for training as well as 1/quarterly
• About 2 - 3 weeks of travel yearly to clients

Hours:

• 55 hours/week during busy season and 40 hours regularly
