Wolf is seeking an External Financial Audit Manager to join our growing and well-established national firm. This exciting position with unlimited growth potential requires a motivated, experienced Audit/Assurance professional with strong interpersonal and engagement management skills.
** Targeting Candidates with Cryptocurrency experience. This role is open to anywhere in the United States **
- Oversee the activities of audit engagements including SEC registrants
- Identify and communicate accounting and auditing issues to engagement team, principals, and clients
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex accounting and auditing concepts
- Interact with clients to help ensure the information flow from the client to the audit team is efficient
- Develop productive relationships with client senior management and personnel
- Use technology to continually learn and enhance service delivery
- Develop Audit staff through effective delegation and guidance on engagements
- Provide developmental performance feedback to audit staff
- Assist in staff development through recruiting, training, and coaching
- Actively participate in firm’s practice development efforts through involvement with referral sources, community, and industry activities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting
- Minimum six years of current and/or recent audit experience in public accounting
- Currently holds, and commits to maintain, certified public accountant’s license
- Demonstrated ability to meet challenging client requirements
- Demonstrated supervisory experience
- Ability and willingness to travel including related to client assignments and industry events

The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $160,000.
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible to participate in our performance-based incentive compensation or sales commission plans.
