The Audit Manager will oversee audit engagements and provide assurance services to clients. This role is focused on ensuring compliance with regulations, fostering client relationships, and leading audit teams to deliver high-quality audit services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit assignments from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their professional development.
- Prepare and review audit reports, presenting findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance their business operations.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness within client organizations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or CIA is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing or assurance services, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of audit standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
