We are looking for Accounting Students (and business/finance students interested in accounting) who want to jumpstart their accounting career by joining our audit team for our Summer internship program.
Take Your Best Shot
Our 13-week internship is designed around four key priorities:
(1) Real Experience
Interning with us will provide you with hands-on experience. By joining our tax team you will learn how to apply accounting fundamentals to prepare a variety of tax returns. You will help support all that goes into tax return preparation during busy season, which will accelerate your learning and technical ability.
(2) Actual Growth
We have a system in place to ensure that you will get meaningful and actionable feedback, which will help you to identify areas of strength and areas for improvement. We believe no one is perfect and we all need help fine-tuning our craft, so giving and receiving feedback is very important.
(3) Genuine Connections
You will be assigned a mentor, who will accelerate not only your learning but also your relationship-building. Get to know people by participating in various events, workshops, and happy hours. Lastly, you'll get time to have development conversations with the partners to maximize your time with us.
(4) Spirit of Fun
From Busy Season Bingo to Team Cocktail competitions, having fun is critical to our success. We believe life is meant to be enjoyed, so we celebrate whenever we can. We have multiple committees for events, sports, and wellness to make sure there is always something going on.

DURING WEEKS 1-4, YOU'LL
- Work: Begin applying accounting fundamentals to understand the foundation of accounting standards and concepts.
- Culture: Participate in the "Take Your Best Shot" kick off events. Begin growing your internal network by meeting with your mentor, the broader audit team, and the partners.
- Development: Complete new hire orientation, onboarding, and introductory training. Establish personal and professional goals for the program. Attend "Take Your Best Shot" workshops.
DURING WEEKS 5 - 9, YOU'LL
- Work: Learn the fundamentals of an audit engagement. Support the audit team in various ways, depending upon need.
- Culture: Participate in firm events like Busy Season Bingo. Coffee chats with your network.
- Development: Review your progress and have a formal feedback session on your performance. Attend "Take Your Best Shot" workshops.
DURING WEEKS 10 - 13, YOU'LL
- Work: Learn the basics of Quickbooks and our audit software. Support the audit team in various ways, depending up on need.
- Culture: Help organize and participate in busy season engagement events for the firm. Closing activities of the "Take Your Best Shot" program.
- Development: Attend "Take Your Best Shot" Workshops. Prepare for final feedback session on your performance.
