Audiovisual Storytelling Intern Spring 2025

This paid internship is designed to offer a comprehensive experience within a communications team at a world-leading research institution. During this internship, you will assist in the creation of visually appealing short videos, animations, and motion graphics using After Effects. Additional responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with the research communications team to brainstorm and develop engaging animations
• Identify and work on multimedia stories using visual storytelling
• Use/s the Mass General Brigham values to govern decisions, actions and behaviors. • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Health, Public Relations, or Marketing
• Must possess excellent writing and organizational skills
• Must demonstrate professionalism and willingness to learn
• Familiarity with AP style and/or journalistic writing a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively multitask
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, creative and self-motivated

Requirements:

• Able to work 2-3 days per week for 10 or more weeks between January and May
• Ability to work during East Coast business hours
