Audiologist-Per Diem
We are seeking a per diem Audiologist to work the following shift: Weekdays from 7:00am to 12:00pm
The Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation is seeking a per diem Audiologist to join its team in the Audiology department.
Reporting to the Director of Clinic Operations, the Audiologist performs audiological assessments for the adult and elderly population at the Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation, both in the sub-acute and long term care environments.

Key Tasks:
Administer standard audiologic test battery
Prepare diagnostic reports
Make recommendations regarding appropriate follow-up and management
Recommend and dispense hearing aids
Maintain all records regarding hearing aids dispensed according to NY State law
Arrange for semi-annual exhaustive calibration of audiometric equipment
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Audiology
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology
NY State license in Audiology
Eligibility for NY State hearing aid dispenser license
Two (2) years' experience as an audiologist
