Global Talent Partners have partnered with a leading provider of audiological services dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals through improved hearing health. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, this practice is expanding their reach and are seeking dynamic audiologists to spearhead the development of new practices from the ground up.
We are seeking highly motivated and entrepreneurial-minded audiologists who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. As a key member of the team, you will have the unique opportunity to build and grow a new audiology practice, leveraging your expertise and drive to deliver exceptional patient care.
You will be funded by an outstanding practice group that provide full support financially (including billing, practice costs, set up and more) as well as receiving support operationally, giving you the space to focus on what matters most providing the best hearing care to your patients.
Key Responsibilities
• Establish and develop a new audiology practice, including but not limited to location selection, setup and operations management.
• Provide comprehensive audiological evaluations, diagnostics, and personalized treatment plans to patients of all ages.
• Dispense and fit hearing aids and assistive listening devices, ensuring optimal function and satisfaction for each individual.
• Create and develop the patient book from the beginning of the journey with your new practice.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout their hearing healthcare journey.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, community organizations, and referral sources to promote awareness of hearing health and our services.
Essential Requirements
• Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in audiology.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical audiology, including diagnostic testing, hearing aid fittings, and patient counseling.
• Minimum of 1.5 years experience post doctorate
