1. Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of all audio/visual systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

3. Coordinate with IT and other relevant departments to ensure seamless integration of audio/visual systems with other technology.
4. Develop and implement strategies for improving the functionality and efficiency of audio/visual systems.
5. Conduct regular system checks and maintenance, identifying and resolving issues before they impact operations.
6. Train end-users on the proper use of audio/visual equipment, promoting best practices and efficient utilization.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in audio/visual technology, making recommendations for system upgrades and improvements as necessary.
8. Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their audio/visual needs and deliver solutions that meet these needs.
9. Manage the procurement of new audio/visual equipment, ensuring compatibility with existing systems and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the finance industry.
2. Extensive knowledge of audio/visual systems, including operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
3. Proven experience in IT support, with a strong understanding of computer systems.
4. Experience in a service desk role, with a track record of providing excellent customer service.
5. Superior problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing circumstances.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, understandable manner.
7. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
