We specialize in designing, installing, and supporting multimedia environments for luxury retail and hospitality spaces, creating amazing visual and audio experiences for our clients.

Skills Required:
- 5 or more years in AV Project management
- Audiovisual technology implementation
- Client communication and relationship management
- Interfacing with clients, construction managers and architects regarding scheduling and installation
- Attending initial client meetings and site visits as needed
- Scheduling all labor associated with assigned projects.
- Verifying accuracy of site drawings and site conditions
- Verifying that all power, data, and infrastructure needs are coordinated.
- Tracking project progress daily and providing detailed project reports accordingly
- Manage scheduling to ensure that assigned projects fall within budgeted hours.
- Introducing assigned staff to project requirements and ensuring continued availability during installation
- Ensuring equipment is received from the manufacturer prior to promised delivery and installation.
- Delivering necessary equipment and supplies to job site as needed
- Creating documentation binders for clients that include equipment manuals, system drawings and operational procedures.
- Reviewing technicians upon job completion

Founded in 1986, we are a dedicated team that designs, specifies, installs and supports multimedia environments primarily for luxury retail and hospitality/entertainment public spaces such as cinemas, hotel lobbies and restaurants. For many of our projects we are involved early in the process, developing and designing the amazing visual and audio experiences with the architect, consultants and store development team.
We manage projects from start to finish in addition to providing professional services worldwide with 24/7/365 remote support. Our technicians are based in major cities throughout the United States (including Honolulu, HI), Canada and the United Kingdom as well as traveling technicians and strategic partners for special and remote area installations/support. In addition to running video networks globally for some of our clients, we also have a full-service graphic design department to create content or for editing and reformatting content coming from clients or advertising agencies.
