Audi Service Technician - Chalfant Corp

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team. As an Audi Automotive Service Tech, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Audi vehicles. Your expertise in automotive technology will be crucial in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Conduct thorough video assisted inspections of vehicles to identify any issues or potential problems
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical automotive systems
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify and resolve automotive problems
- Communicate effectively with fellow employees to explain diagnoses and repair recommendations
- Record detailed information of all service and repair work performed on vehicles
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and participate in ongoing training and development programs
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ASE certification or equivalent is valued but not necessary
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Technician or similar role
- Proficient knowledge of automotive systems, mechanics, and technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and parts, up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, and stoop for extended periods of time
- Good vision and hearing for accurate diagnosis
