Key Responsibilities:

Transportation of Vehicles: Move cars around the lot to ensure efficient use of space and organized access to vehicles as needed.
Car Distribution: Distribute cars evenly to correct detail bays, maximizing workflow and productivity.
Shop Maintenance: Uphold a clean and orderly environment within the shop, contributing to a safe and efficient workspace for all.

Qualifications and Skills:

Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Proficiency in safely operating both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
Physically capable of moving vehicles efficiently and maneuvering around the active lot environment.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring that car distribution and shop cleanliness meet company standards.

Additional Information:

You will still be exposed to weather conditions and need to be able to handle working in the heat, cold, rain, and snow.
You must be able to lift, bend, squat, and stand for long periods
You should be able to drive or learn how to drive manual transmission
A valid driver's license is required to be maintained while working for On The Spot

Time and Pay:

Part-time to full-time hours depending on the level of business.
End times vary depending on the level of business.
Pay for work in the lanes is per vehicle completed and service provided unless otherwise approved and offered in your offer letter.
Holidays and weekends vary but are limited.
