Seeking a Trusts & Estates associate with 5+ years of experience - other levels of experience may be considered - for our main office in Binghamton, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience with estate planning, estate administration, elder Law and special needs planning.
There will be substantial client contact as well as interaction with the department's attorneys. Travel to branch offices depending on client needs is required. The position offers an excellent opportunity to assume significant responsibility and hands-on experience in a collaborative, sophisticated and team-oriented work environment.
Requirements
Must be comfortable collaborating with law firm attorneys across branch offices.
Must have an excellent work ethic and willingness to learn and grow with the firm.
Must be admitted to the Florida bar and familiar with local and state court procedures.
