Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive legal support to our clients, including but not limited to, consultation, drafting legal documents, and representation in court proceedings.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and provide informed legal advice.
- Collaborate effectively with a team of attorneys on complex legal matters.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and settlement discussions.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
- Stay updated with current laws, recent judgments, and industry trends to ensure the delivery of accurate and up-to-date legal advice.
- Contribute to the firm's business development initiatives by participating in networking events and seminars.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Attorney with a strong background in litigation, corporate law, employment law, family law, intellectual property, real estate law, and contract law.
- Active membership in the state bar association.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and legal professionals at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide practical legal solutions.
- Proven track record of managing multiple cases and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
