About the Job
Our client is seeking a 2-4 year attorney for a position with their Real Estate practice group in Austin, Texas. This role offers strong growth potential with a defined path for advancement within the firm. The primary purpose of this position is to represent client’s with drafting and reviewing legal documents, assessing legal needs, reviewing company policies and procedures, and representing clients in real estate matters.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide legal counsel on a variety of real estate matters including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate agreements and contracts
- Conduct title review and due diligence on real estate transactions
- Advise clients on legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to real estate transactions
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals to ensure a seamless delivery of legal services
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and real estate transactions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering legal advice that meets their business objectives
- Work outside normal business hours as required
- Understand and comply with all Firm policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in Texas. 2-4 years of experience representing clients.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Licensed to practice law in Texas, in good standing.
