- $100-140K+ (depending on years of experience and if bringing a Book of Business).

Responsibilities for the Attorney- Personal Injury and Civil Litigation
Legal Expertise:
- Provide exceptional legal representation with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Personal Injury and General/Civil Litigation, particulary from the plaintiff side.
- Handle cases independently and collaboratively with the existing team.
- Business Development:
- A pre-existing book of business is desirable but not mandatory.
- Opportunity to earn a percentage of fees generated from brought-in business.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate effectively with senior attorneys and administrative staff to ensure comprehensive case management and client satisfaction.
Requirements for the Attorney- Personal Injury and Civil Litigation:
- 5+ years of experience with personal injury and general/civil litigation law.
- Hold a J.D. and be admitted to the New York State Bar.
- Strong organizational skills.
- High degree of professionalism and integrity.
- Willingness to travel locally to other offices as needed.
