Job Details
We are looking to add an Associate Attorney with 2-7 years of litigation experience to our team. In this role, you will handle product liability cases from filing through trial and will be responsible for legal research, drafting complex legal documents, and providing strategic case management.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Collaborate on case strategy and contribute to case assessments
- Assist in preparing for depositions and hearings
- Defend client depositions and argue motions
- Manage cases efficiently, ensuring they are progressing smoothly
- Work closely with the team to ensure a high standard of representation
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support the legal team
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- 2-7 years of litigation experience, ideally in product liability or mass torts
- Licensed to practice in Texas and in good standing
- Strong legal research and writing abilities
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- A professional, collegial, and team-oriented attitude
- Bilingual in English and Spanish proficiency.
