Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in medical malpractice cases, from initial consultation through trial
- Conduct thorough case investigations, including gathering and analyzing medical records and expert testimonies
- Represent clients in medical malpractice cases through all stages of litigation
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
- Gather and evaluate evidence, including medical records and expert testimony
- Advise clients on their legal rights and options throughout the case process
- Maintain detailed records of all case-related activities and communications
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- Proven experience in medical malpractice law
- Able to work in office in downtown Chicago
