Specifically my client specializes in jury trials representing both plaintiff and defendant in the areas of employment litigation, intellectual property disputes (both enforcement and defense), business law, white collar criminal defense, real property litigation, contract disputes, probate and conservatorship litigation (on both sides), appellate advocacy, etc. with practice in both state and federal.
