Responsibilities:

• Client Advocate: Represent individuals and groups in a variety of plaintiff-side cases, including personal injury, class actions, and toxic torts.
• Litigation Expert: Lead the litigation process from start to finish, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, taking depositions, and preparing for trial.
• Negotiation Specialist: Skillfully negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are protected at every step of the litigation.
• Courtroom Litigator: Confidently represent plaintiffs in court, delivering persuasive arguments and fighting for justice.

Requirements:

• Licensed Attorney: Must hold a valid law degree and have an active MO or IL license.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in litigation on the plaintiffs' side. Experience with high-value, complex cases (such as class actions or mass torts) is a plus.
• Client-Focused: A passion for advocating on behalf of individuals and a deep commitment to achieving justice for your clients.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and oral communication skills, capable of conveying complex legal matters to clients and judges with clarity and impact.
• Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail and a strong ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
