Your Role in the Revolution:

• Crafting Legal Masterpieces: Draft demand letters, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents that pack a punch.
• Conducting Strategic Research: Dive deep into legal research and analysis to build compelling cases that stand out.
• Mastering Discovery: Propound and respond to discovery requests with precision and efficiency.
• Commanding the Courtroom: Attend depositions, hearings, and trials, representing clients with confidence and poise.
• Building Relationships: Interview clients and potential clients to gather vital information and foster trust.
• Staying Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with the latest developments in labor and employment law to ensure your strategies are cutting-edge.

Who You Are:

• A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing.
• Two (2) years of experience as a licensed attorney in a civil litigation firm, with a focus on labor and employment law.
• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases.
