- Develop and implement case strategies, providing clients with tailored solutions based on careful analysis.
- Counsel clients on legal options, offering advice and determining the most effective course of action to achieve successful outcomes.

- Collaborate with senior partners and the firm’s team to ensure seamless operations and strategic planning.
Requirements
- Proven experience in civil litigation, particularly in intellectual property and corporate disputes.
- Strong ability to develop legal strategies and counsel clients effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to handle a diverse caseload.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, providing leadership to junior staff.

Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Active license to practice law in California (required).
