We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Co-op/Condo and Foreclosure Attorney to join our esteemed team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal representation to clients involved in cooperative, condominium, and foreclosure matters. Your expertise will be pivotal in guiding clients through complex legal processes, protecting their interests, and achieving favorable outcomes.

Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar and in good standing with relevant bar associations.
Proven experience of 4 years practicing law with a focus on co-op, condo, and foreclosure matters.
Strong understanding of co-op, condo, and foreclosure laws, regulations, and procedures.
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
Effective negotiation, communication, and advocacy skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal representation to clients involved in cooperative, condominium, and foreclosure matters. Your expertise will be pivotal in guiding clients through complex legal processes, protecting their interests, and achieving favorable outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Client Representation: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients involved in co-op, condo, and foreclosure proceedings, offering strategic guidance and representation throughout the legal process.
- Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth legal research on co-op, condo, and foreclosure laws, regulations, and case precedents to provide accurate and informed counsel to clients.
- Document Preparation: Draft, review, and prepare a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, leases, foreclosure notices, and court filings, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Negotiation and Dispute Resolution: Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients involved in co-op, condo, and foreclosure disputes, striving to achieve favorable outcomes through effective advocacy and negotiation skills.
- Court Representation: Represent clients in court proceedings related to co-op, condo, and foreclosure matters, including hearings, motions, and trials, presenting compelling arguments and advocating for clients' rights and interests.
