• The ideal candidate will have practiced at least seven (7) years and have experience in working with high net worth clients in developing long-term estate planning strategies, including drafting relevant documents for a range of estates, handling all aspects of the probate process, including post-mortem estate and tax planning and the preparation of estate tax returns and trust and estate income tax returns.
• Candidates should also have experience advising institutional clients, closely-held and/or charitable organizations with regard to the legal and tax complexities of fiduciary administration.

Candidates must have

• J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Connecticut bar.
• Admission to Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire bars is also desirable.
• Senior associate, counsel and/or partner candidates are welcome to apply.
