• 4+ years of family law litigation experience.
• Strong skills in legal research and writing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to draft and negotiate discovery.
• Experience in taking and defending depositions.
• Proficiency in drafting pleadings, arguing in court, and negotiating settlements.
• Commitment to working on challenging cases and building lasting professional relationships.
