Role Description

This is a full-time HYBRID role for an Attorney at Dorsett Johnson & Cisneros in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, and handling litigated files from beginning to end. The role will involve working closely with clients, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court. While the role is primarily based in Greater Houston, cases will frequently require travel statewide.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of basic negligence defense
• Experience providing legal advice and conducting research
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
