Attorney - The Perillo Group

In this role, you will represent our diverse clientele in all legal proceedings pertaining to their case, provide legal counsel, and draw up legal documentation. In more complex cases, you will collaborate with the partners to ensure the best legal representation for our clients. To be considered, you must have a current state license and be a member of the Bar in good standing. At least 3 years of experience in family law litigation is required.

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Consult with prospective clients

· Counsel clients on family legal issues

· Represent your clients in the courtroom

· Negotiate agreements between parties

· Conduct research and compile evidence for your case

· Interview all those involved in the case
