What You’ll Gain:

• Competitive base salary of $115,000 to $165,000 with quarterly bonuses starting at 1,800 billable hours

Your Role:

• Work closely with Senior Associates and Partners on complex civil and business litigation cases
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Handle depositions, prepare clients for hearings, and represent them in mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships

What You Bring:

• J.D. degree and admission to the California Bar
• At least 3 years of experience in civil and business litigation
• Strong analytical, legal writing, and research skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in legal research and case management software
• Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and manage a high volume of work
