Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial real estate agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, financing documents, and development agreements.
Conduct due diligence on commercial real estate transactions, including title review, environmental assessments, and zoning compliance.
Legal Advice and Counsel:
Advise on legal risks and potential impacts of real estate transactions, offering strategic solutions to mitigate risks.
Contract Management:
Collaborate with internal teams, external counsel, and third-party vendors to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
