Job Description:As a Registered Nurse (RN) with Attend Home Care, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to our clients, ensuring their health and well-being. Your responsibilities will include:

• Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status, develop and implement care plans, and monitor progress.
• Clinical Care: Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed. Perform wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical tasks.
• Care Coordination: Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care.
• Patient Education: Provide guidance to patients and their families on disease management, self-care techniques, and preventative health practices.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Supervision & Support: Oversee and provide guidance to nursing assistants and other healthcare staff.
• Emergency Response: Respond to changes in patient condition and manage emergencies with appropriate action.
• Health Monitoring: Track and document vital signs, lab results, and other important health metrics.

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN).
• Current and valid nursing license in the state of employment.
• Previous nursing experience, preferably in home health or a similar setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize care.
• Must maintain current CPR/BLS certification.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks required by the role.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
