Job Description:
As a member of the Recruiting Operations, you will be providing essential support for the Talent Acquisition Operations Product Owners. You will handle user stories and testing case scenarios for ongoing and new integrations from HRIS (Workday) to our ATS (SmartRecruiters) and vice versa.
We are looking for an analytical and motivated individual who is a critical, creative thinker to drive and play a vital role in our dynamic and innovative group.
This role requires superior organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple requests. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals is imperative. To be successful in this role, you must be able to complete tasks and projects quickly with little guidance and dedicatedly tackle complex problems.
Your Impact
Actively engage with product owner or business SME to translate solution needs into actionable user stories
Facilitate and support product backlog management
Partner with product owners/SMEs to define & refine acceptance criteria
Partner with developers on reviewing user stories for understanding and scoring
Write test cases for user stories
Perform/coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure functionality meets business needs before each product release
Experience gathering and consolidating requirements from cross-functional groups
Assist in creation of and roll out of education trainings on recruiting tools, programs and Talent Acquisition Operations processes, including creating training, resource centers, and job aids for recruiters, employees, interviewers, and hiring managers
Maintain process documentation for role related responsibilities
Skills:
Your Experience:
A minimum of 1 years of business analysis or project management experience
2+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition, HR, or People Technology department
Highly organized and efficient – you get things done
Ability to handle administrative details independently, exercise good judgment and keep team members appropriately informed
Can operate effectively under pressure, and has the capability to switch gears at a moment's notice
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Experienced in both lean and agile methodologies, familiarity with Jira and Testing Integrations from HRIS
Understanding of Workday integrations (preferred)
Working knowledge of integrations between SmartRecruiters and Workday (preferred)
Advanced knowledge of ATS (SmartRecruiters + Workday Recruit) and recruiting tools administration and customization (preferred)
2+ years of experience working as an ATS administrator (preferred)
