The Athletic Trainer position involves working in clinics and potentially schools, playing a vital role in operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing ergonomic job analysis and developing physical demand assessments.
- Implementing exercise programs for work conditioning and new hires.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of the Industrial Athlete Program.
- Treating and rehabilitating athletes, conducting pre-season screenings, and administering first aid.
- Educating athletes and coaching staff on training techniques.
