About the Job

Guide individuals and small groups through workouts and exercise routines in a safe and effective manner. Assist people with cardiovascular and strength training exercises to help clients achieve health and fitness goals. Coordinates care with internal recommendations.

Works with clients in small group, or 1:1 basis
Demonstrates and teaches training techniques and movements.
Creates and guides clients with personalized exercise plans and routines to reach fitness goals, with a focus on rehabilitation and improvement.
Conducts intake assessments and maintains proper notes for athletic clients – FMS Screening
Promotes, develops, and implements safety and injury prevention measures for fitness equipment and exercises.
Provides appropriate injury assessment and care, making referrals to other treatment providers as appropriate (Chiropractic Care, OMM, Nutrition, Massage)
Monitors and evaluates client progress and adjusts workout plan accordingly.
Participates in programs focused on wellness, injury prevention, and fitness for active participants (Group fitness).
