About the Job
The Entry Level AT&T Sales Specialist is responsible for generating leads on behalf of a primary Telecommunications company in the United States: AT&T. As the Entry Level AT&T Sales Specialist, you will source quality leads by meeting with local businesses. By having a business-first approach, the Entry Level AT&T Sales Specialist is able to determine which option is best, based on the customer’s interest and available options in telecommunications solutions for their businesses . Based on these leads, the Entry Level AT&T Sales Specialist will introduce potential customers to the Sales Management team, all while remaining part of the sales cycle, for added support to the customer.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Entry Level AT&T Sales Specialist:
- Generate leads by focusing on the benefits and value for the customer and business
- Communicate the myriad of options and features of telecommunications products and services
- Provide customer-first service in every interaction while remaining sincere and genuine
- Be the example of a professional by maintaining a professional image and positive attitude
- Efficiently communicate leads with the Sales team, by maintaining a high level of focus, competitiveness, and staying organized
- Strictly adhere to all company policies, procedures, and practices
- Track and measure key performance indicators in order to deliver valuable information back to the lead generation team as well as our clients
- Identify ways to improve outreach and lead generation efforts and identify areas for improvement
