Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to target and acquire new business clients for AT&T's telecommunications services
- Identify and pursue potential business customers, utilizing networking, cold calling, and lead generation techniques to build a strong pipeline
- Conduct in-depth consultations with businesses to understand their communication needs and offer tailored AT&T solutions, including wireless, internet, and fiber services
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with business clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all AT&T services
- Present AT&T's business solutions to decision-makers, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on the latest AT&T products, services, and market trends to effectively communicate competitive advantages to prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams and AT&T Associates to ensure seamless onboarding and account management for new business clients
- Provide ongoing support to existing clients, helping them maximize the value of their AT&T services while identifying opportunities for upselling
