AT&T Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Educate customers on the benefits of services and promotions
- Identify new sales opportunities through client-generated leads
- Manage assigned territory, overcome objections, and close sales to increase margins
- Assist Management and Sales with customized packages and program renewals
- Stay aligned with client goals and meet or exceed program objectives
- Acquire industry sales skills by attending client conferences and connecting customers to the latest products and services
- Upsell services and convert warm leads into sales
