Position Responsibilities for the AT&T Customer Representatives:
Actively engage with current clients to understand their evolving needs and provide timely support
Proactively explore and develop new business within your designated area by meeting potential clients face-to-face
Implement and adapt proven sales and marketing tactics to drive revenue and increase market presence for our clients
Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared objectives, offering assistance, insights, and encouragement where needed
Monitor and analyze sales data to spot patterns, high-demand products, or service gaps.
