Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage assurance engagements, including audits, reviews, and compilations.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engagements within established timelines and budgets.
- Conduct risk assessments, develop audit plans, and execute audit procedures.
- Review financial statements, reports, and workpapers for accuracy, compliance, and adherence to professional standards.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to staff members, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs, resolve issues, and deliver high-quality service.
- Stay informed about changes in accounting and auditing standards and regulations, ensuring compliance and up-to-date • expertise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client advisory groups to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Assist in business development efforts, including proposal writing, networking, and building client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or a related field.
- CPA certification is required.
- Significant experience in assurance services, including audits, reviews, and compilations.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and auditing procedures.
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
