Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

Job Details
1. Performing audit procedures and preparing working papers in accordance with professional standards and the firm's audit methodology.
2. Reviewing and testing financial statement disclosures and operational details for accuracy and completeness.
3. Assisting in the planning and execution of audit engagements, including the development of audit strategies and risk assessments.
4. Communicating effectively with clients to obtain necessary information and resolve audit issues.
5. Collaborating with team members to ensure the timely and efficient completion of audit engagements.
6. Continuously improving your technical skills through on-the-job training and participation in professional development opportunities.
7. Contributing to the firm's initiatives to maintain a high level of quality assurance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Permanent Assurance Associate position, candidates must have:
1. A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 1 years of experience in auditing, assurance services, or a related role.
3. A strong understanding of audit procedures, assurance services, and financial reporting standards.
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
6. Proficiency in using audit software and other technology tools to perform audit procedures and manage audit engagements.
7. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
8. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
9. CPA certification or progress towards obtaining CPA certification is preferred.
