We are looking for a Assistant F&B Manager to ensure all daily activities run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities include assisting the F&B Director with all management tasks operating the restaurant, bar and casino food & beverage service. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with restaurant and bar operations and have a good understanding of what makes great customer service. You should also be available to work within opening hours, including weekends and holidays.
Ultimately, you will help minimize operating costs, boost our employee retention and deliver a positive dining experience for our guests.
Primary functions include FOH operations, with kitchen cross training provided.
Job Duties
- Maintain quality and consistency in all F&B aspects, according to the brand's standards
- Calculate future needs in kitchenware and equipment and place orders, as needed
- Coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff
- Prepare and manage shift schedules
- Supervise kitchen and wait staff and provide assistance, as needed
- Arrange for new employees’ proper onboarding (scheduling trainings and ordering uniforms)
- Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
- Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus
