About the Job

We are seeking an Associate Wellness Director LPN to enhance the quality of life for our residents through medication management and skilled nursing procedures. Ideal candidates will:

Hold a current state LPN license

Exhibit compassion and professionalism

Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families

Demonstrate good judgment and problem-solving skills

Be flexible with work hours

Key responsibilities include:

Implementing personal care plans

Training and monitoring medication administration

Educating residents and staff on health maintenance

Ensuring quality care through caregiver performance monitoring

Compensation ranges from $38.00 to $40.00/hour, based on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package.
